Fayth is passionate about promoting the well-being of individuals and their families. She uses a strength‐based perspective to empower individuals to reach their full potential. Fayth has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. Fayth is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Virginia.
Fayth has over 5 years of experience in Behavioral Health serving as an Intensive In‐Home Counselor, Residential Clinician, Outpatient Therapist, and now as a Clinical Coordinator. Fayth has extensive experience leading therapeutic services for groups, children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings. Fayth worked with individuals who experienced significant trauma and neglect. She also worked with individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury as well as Autism. Fayth maintains current knowledge of trends related to social work issues through attendance and active participation in continuing education and professional organizations. Fayth believes that all individuals have the capacity to heal from wounds and achieve a stronger sense of self and identity.
As a clinical coordinator Fayth is responsible for managing the clinical program for adults with chronic and/or co-occuring mental health disorders. Fayth is dedicated to providing services that assist in promoting empowerment, and growth and development. Fayth will assist staff and members to build on their knowledge to reach their full potential and achieve the goals they set.
